1inch CMOS sensor &
Hyvision lens technology
Improved Tack-Time
global shutter
User friendly SDP
(Software Development Platform)
VICA is a machine vision camera that uses a high-level 1-inch CMOS sensor and a global shutter.
Even if the global shutter is used to capture the entire subject the same time instant while moving, there is no image distortion or blurring.
However, in the case of a rolling shutter, the image is distorted because it is taken in pixel-array order over time while moving.
The HVS VICA uses a Global Shutter method to capture a clear image without image distortion even in a moving process.
This can reduce the Takt Time and increase the efficiency of the work.
The camera can shoot 15 frames per second (fps) at a resolution of 5 megapixels (2560 x 2048).
The C-Mount Lens developed by using HVS’ technologies is compatible with image sensors and provides a high-level image.
It also supports Gigabit Ethernet and offers a wide range of technological flexibility in terms of bandwidth, cable length, and functionality of multi-cameras.
Data rates up to 100 MB/s and cable lengths of up to 100 meters provide customers with maximum ease of use.
The HVS VICA is a highly reliable vision camera that can enhance your application performance.
Depending on the difference in pixel, the capacity with which the camera can hold the light differs.
That is, smaller pixels which have a smaller capacity to hold light can make it easier to generate noise during shooting.
