Automatic Flip Inspection Equipment

Auto Flip Inspection System

We automate the flipping process by automatically detecting the orientation
of battery cells and modules and repositioning them correctly. Vision-based
recognition precisely identifies the orientation and position of each component,
preventing misloading and transferring them in optimal alignment for downstream processes such as stacking and assembly. Stable gripping and precise flipping even
during high-speed repetitive operations ensure reliable equipment performance
and improved production efficiency.
