Dual/Triple Active Alignment
Dual/Triple Camera Module Active Align equipment
that precisely calibrates the image sensor and lens
through 6-axis (X, Y, Tx, Ty, R, Z) alignment of the
camera module.

Calibration Technology
Inspects the lens for distortion, brightness, color, and more,
calibrating each unit to produce results that meet standard
image resolution requirements. Includes proprietary technology
for generating and storing customer-specific data on the module, building custom calibration environments, and Parallel/MIPI/DP
image capture.

Focusing (Auto Focus, OIS) Technology  
Performs lens adjustment and lens performance inspection
for camera modules. Complete module fixturing and assembly
is achieved through lens adjustment technology using SFR
and EIAJ algorithms, Parallel/MIPI/DP image capture technology,
precision motion control, and vision algorithm technology.

Final Image Test
Performs Phone Glass resolution inspection, Actuator resolution inspection, and Final resolution inspection. Also supports lens
inspection technology based on SFR/EIAJ algorithms, particle and resolution inspection algorithms, and Open/Short/Leakage/Current
Test HW measurement technology.

Integrated Optical Inspection System
We have a fully integrated automated inspection system that
performs SFR, RGB calibration, low-light testing, dark testing,
and data integrity verification all in a single process.

Ultra-High-Speed Image Processing System 
We apply our own high-performance image grabber
(V5FP Dual Combo) to inspection equipment, enabling
ultra-fast processing of image data.

Full-Process Integrated Automation Solution
By automating the entire process, we optimize cycle
time to secure high production output and maximize
operational efficiency.
