HyVISION SYSTEM's 3D Inspection Software precisely scans the dimensions, shape, and surface conditions of the target object using laser technology to acquire accurate 3D data. The data is analyzed in real time, and any areas that fall outside the user-defined tolerance range are automatically detected.

3D Data Registration
Technology for Aligning
3D Scan Data into a Single Dataset
After converting the relative
coordinate systems of each scan
dataset into a common reference
coordinate system, an ICP based
registration algorithm is applied to
align all the scan data into a single,
unified point cloud.
Pose Compensation
Technology for Correcting Distorted
Models into Accurate Spherical Shapes
Calibration is performed by taking
into account various installation
angles of the 3D scanner.
By estimating and correcting the
scanner's roll and pitch values,
errors in position and orientation are minimized, enabling the acquisition
of highly accurate, distortion-free data.
Automatic Data Alignment
Data Alignment for Tilt, Rotation, and Shift
Using a PCA (Principal Component Analysis)
based axis estimation method, the system automatically corrects tilt and positional errors in the point cloud, providing stable coordinate system alignment without the need for manual reference point setting.
Real-time Data Acquisition
Real-Time Inspection Data Processing
Data collected from the 3D scanner
is visualized on-screen in real time,
while dimensional inspection is automatically performed on over 500 measurement points. Through high-speed computational optimization, inspection results are delivered instantly without delay.
